Thanksgiving

Since it is November, and it is also two weeks before Thanksgiving, I thought that I would share with everyone that Thanksgiving is my absolute Favorite Holiday. I don't really care for Christmas that much because it is just a reason for everyone to buy things and waste their money. But Thanksgiving is special for me because I get to spend it with my family. This is the only time of the year that all of my aunts, uncles, cousins, and siblings all get together and have dinner. We all usually talk and play games. My sisters and I all help out with cooking and cleaning in the kitchen, and the men are usually watching football or outside smoking cigars.

I can sadly say that getting to see my family is not the only reason why I think thanksgiving is so awesome. It all has to do with the food! I love eating on Thanksgiving because there are so many different varietys of food and it all taste so delicious. I love stuffin gmy face with turkey and stuffing, especially pumpkin pie. I come from an Italian family, and let me tell you, when my aunts cook… it is the BOMB! Nothing can beat having a yummy, fatening  thanksgiving dinner with my family on Thanksgiving. I like to give most of the credit to my aunts for making Thaksgiving dinner so filling and fun. If it wasn’t for them and their extremely amazing cooking skills, I most likely wouldn’t like Thanksgiving.  J

     If you ever need someone to talk to, someone to vent to, someone to spill your thoughts and feelings out, then I am your girl. :) Most of my friends tell me that that is what makes me such a good friend. I am always there to listen to what people have to say. I don't keep anything hidden and always am straight forward.. No matter how mean the things are that I say. I feel like people always have to know the truth. Every one should know the truth. I listen to what others have to say. I am always the one that if one of my friends is having a bad day or if they are upset, they call me. I always have something to say, weather it is advice or something to make a person laugh. Honestly I can say that most of the things I do 98% of the time are not meant to be funny, but for some reason, all my friends think I am hilarious. I just don't see the point in being lame all the time, I like to laugh and have fun. I think it is very crucial to be outgoing and optimistic, especially when it comes to hard times. My friends are the main majority of people that I can most-definitely express myself. Even when I meet new people, my views, opinions, and my attitude stay the same. Not only am I a good listener, but I keep things to myself. Your secrets are safe with me. (unless it has something to do with killing someone or doing something bad)
