Growing up I always had a strong desire to run. it always helped me release stress and just think. I always thought that everyone should run to get fresh air and clear their minds. It also helped me concentrate more in my studies. Especially in grade school when I started playing sports. Basketball, softball, and track. They all were good competitive sports which also gave me time to exercise, gave me time to be out of class, and out of the house. I wasn’t always secluding myself to my bedroom or running around getting in trouble. I always had something to keep me distracted. Being in sports also helped me keep my grades up because in order to be on a team you had to maintain a “b” average and represent the school in a good manner while displaying good conduct.
When I wasn’t playing sports in school I was doing tennis and soccer outside. I took lessons for tennis for five years and I always found it to be my favorite sport. In my free time I loved to swim. Not only did swimming give u great legs but it also gave you an awesome tan line. (haha)
I would have to say that I really never liked the competitive part of the sports I just loved to play and loved the way I felt after I got done playing. It was always so easy to relax and do homework after practice or a game.

This is what bike riding does for me. I really need that time out on the road to lose myself.
ReplyDeleteEmilly, let's chat about the title of this blog. I think you can come up with something jazzier.
