The start
Family and friends think they know who a person is, but they only know what that person chooses to share with them. YOU decide what you want people to know about you as an individual. That is why we each have our own personalities right? That is why I will be writing my blogs to inform and entertain my family, friends, teachers, and fellow classmates about who I am as a daughter, student, and a friend. Informing you as much as possible with past and present events in my life that have influenced me as a person today. This blog is for you if you are someone who is interested in me as a person, interested in my personality, learning styles, or even what I like to do with my free time. Everyday I think to myself, "what do i want people to know about me?" Or when something happens in my life I have to decide if I want people to know about this event. Was it funny? Was it sad? How would this make people feel? What would this make people think? We always face these questions which goes back to the point i made about choosing what we tell others. These thoughts and feelings are ideas on what I will be sharing with you throughout my blog writings. I always believe
"our actions speak louder than words"
because saying things doesn't mean we will accomplish this or actually put forth an effort, but when we do something and succeed in it, that shows that something was done to get there. Being successful and doing something with your life always makes you important, even if your not recognized for it or rewarded.
I am hoping that from reading my blogs you understand who i am, my personality, and what makes me unique. I find it very crucial to be able to understand someone and be able to know as much as possible about that individual. Even if you aren't friends, it is still a good idea to know someone just in case at some point in time you need to help them or know what makes them laugh and smile.
This is the beginning of me.
Wow. Your last sentence gave me goosebumps! I truly hope you use this assignment as an opportunity to define yourself, Emilly. I'm thrilled to be invited along on the journey.
